Pulling.

A friend of mine, first mentioned ‘pulling’ as a mouthwash technique a year ago. I was intrigued and did some research. If you’re unfamiliar with the term, it originated in India and it’s a process where you swish/pull oil through your teeth for roughly 15-20 minutes a day. This action is reported to draw out toxins from your body and also naturally whiten your teeth, improve your breath, address sleep problems, improve skin conditions and much more.

I discovered Georganics and was excited by the fact that they were made from natural ingredients and also vegan based.

I have incorporated Georganic’s charcoal toothpaste and mouthwash into my daily routine (derived from coconut and has a liquorice taste). Both are an unusual sensation especially when you’ve been used to more traditional (but more chemically driven) products.

Being designers we want the products we use to be both functional and also beautiful and the branding doesn’t disappoint. I’ve just started using both products and genuinely feel my teeth are cleaner as a result, and, if I’m honest these new techniques have made what is a bit of a boring process, that little bit more exciting!
