Pulling.

A friend of mine, first mentioned ‘pulling’ as a mouthwash technique a year ago. I was intrigued and did some research. If you’re unfamiliar with the term, it originated in India and it’s a process where you swish/pull oil through your teeth for roughly 15-20 minutes a day.
