Studio Inn – our new home.
We got the keys for Studio Inn on 1st November and we opened the doors after just three weeks of frantic transformation.
The resulting space on King Street is light-filled and pared-back with a warm, neutral palette. We’ve also added some well-considered details more typically associated with home than the workplace. Now the festive countdown is well underway, we’ve been hiding out in the reading nook and regularly re-stocking the drinks trolley.
Our launch party saw a gathering of our friends, colleagues and clients with music, beers and conversation – an occasion that turned out exactly as we’d hoped when we first imagined the welcoming atmosphere of Studio Inn.
Studio Inn came out of our desire to create something unique that we didn’t see already in existence here in Norwich. It’s a unique space where creative people doing creative work can come together to establish a home that feels both grown-up and relaxed, focused and social. More than a workspace, we wanted to bring together those interested in collaboration and the cross-pollination of creative ideas.
Alongside sixteen desks and a meeting table, we’ve created designated spaces for simply hanging out, where friendships have already started to blossom. We’re looking forward to continuing our journey together in 2020.
